下(xia)筒體A大(da)鍛件(jian)力學(xue)性能試(shi)驗不合格的產生情況

國內鍛件制造廠在接到制造下筒體A大鍛件任務后(hou)(hou),根(gen)據設(she)計院的(de)(de)技術文(wen)件,編制(zhi)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)下筒體(ti)A大(da)鍛(duan)件的(de)(de)制(zhi)造大(da)綱,經批(pi)準(zhun)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行(xing)制(zhi)造活動,在(zai)經歷(li)了真(zhen)空冶煉、真(zhen)空澆注、鍛(duan)造、粗加工、調(diao)質熱(re)處(chu)理(li)和(he)取(qu)樣(yang)的(de)(de)階段后(hou)(hou)進(jin)人(ren)力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。在(zai)力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中,試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)取(qu)樣(yang)位置必須滿足ASMENB一(yi)2223.1,即試(shi)(shi)件的(de)(de)切(qie)取(qu)應使(shi)試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)縱(zong)軸到任何(he)(he)表面的(de)(de)距離至少(shao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)t/4(t為(wei)(wei)(wei)熱(re)處(chu)理(li)鍛(duan)件厚(hou)度),且試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)長度的(de)(de)中線到任何(he)(he)第二表面的(de)(de)距離至少(shao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)t;室溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸(shen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)和(he)V形缺口沖擊(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)按照ASTMA一(yi)37O一(yi)2003《鋼(gang)制(zhi)品(pin)力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法和(he)定義》;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸(shen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)按照ASTME21—1998《金屬材料高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸(shen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)標準(zhun)方法》;落(luo)錘(chui)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)按照ASTME2081991《測定鐵素體(ti)鋼(gang)無塑性(xing)(xing)(xing)轉變溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)(de)落(luo)錘(chui)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法》。通過試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)發現,下筒體(ti)A大(da)鍛(duan)件力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)不(bu)合格(ge)主要(yao)表現在(zai)拉伸(shen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)或(huo)落(luo)錘(chui)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方面。該試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,拉伸(shen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)技術要(yao)求為(wei)(wei)(wei)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸(shen):RDo_2≥450MPa;R為(wei)(wei)(wei)620~795MPa;A≥16;Z≥35。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸(shen):R。呲≥370MPa;R≥558MPa;A為(wei)(wei)(wei)提供數據;Z為(wei)(wei)(wei)提供數據。落(luo)錘(chui)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)大(da)綱要(yao)求為(wei)(wei)(wei)NDTT≤一(yi)21℃(兩(liang)個(ge)試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)在(zai)一(yi)16℃均(jun)不(bu)斷裂)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)狀態(tai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)Q+T+S為(wei)(wei)(wei)淬火(huo)(huo)+回火(huo)(huo)+模擬焊后(hou)(hou)熱(re)處(chu)理(li)。
